There is currently one existing 16,103 SF building on the site. The immaculate warehouse is divided into two sections, one with 16' ceilings and the other with 25' ceilings. 9 Drive-in doors, large parking area, and clear span column spacing make the space flexible for many different uses. The 2,805 SF of office has been completely remodeled and is ready to occupy.
PROPOSED 24,000 SF BUILDING
Site improvements include construction of four new 1-story, pre-engineered metal buildings. Three of the
buildings will be identical 24,000 square foot structures. All of the proposed buildings will have adequate roof load to support a roof mounted solar array. With multiple overhead door locations and four points of entry these buildings are built to accommodate multiple tenants, layouts, and uses.

The principals of Stevens Real Estate are father Warren, and sons Jeffrey and Timothy. Jeff’s son Matt joined the team in 2008. And Tims son Jason came on board in 2013. These individuals, supported by their dedicated staff, comprise the “Stevens Team,” a terrific group with great strength, stability, expertise and creativity, who all work countless hours beyond the “call of duty”.
